Job Summary
Maintain employee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management on the 3rd shift. Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production and attain department goals. Collaborate with Production Control, Engineering, and QA to ensure production flow. Prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment while utilizing strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Requires proficiency in math and computer skills, with preferred experience leading CNC and manual machines. This role supports the Wisconsin Centrifugal Division, a proud Waukesha community member offering a comprehensive benefits package.
