Supervisor, Machine & Equipment (Lamphun)

Lead the machine and equipment maintenance operations by developing strategic plans for maintenance that align with safety, quality, and sustainability goals. Direct and coach the maintenance team, manage resources (personnel, equipment, tools) and the maintenance budget, and drive continuous improvement to enhance machine performance and operational efficiency. Provide technical expertise for reliable machine operation, troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and establish KPIs to monitor performance. Develop emergency response plans for breakdowns, ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, and foster collaboration with production, engineering, and other departments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and environmental practices.
