Supervisor (m/w/d) Mobile Sicherheitsdienste

Conduct daily object inspections and update operational instructions in coordination with clients and field staff. Manage the deployment and development of security personnel within your area while actively supporting customer acquisition and retention. Monitor quality standards against internal guidelines and prepare documentation for payroll and invoicing. Collaborate closely with the branch manager to refine security service offerings and calculations. Requires a valid driving license, police clearance, and extensive operational experience in security services. Full-time role in Karlsruhe with a company vehicle provided.
