Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the car wash facility by supervising attendants, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Train new staff on washing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Conduct pre- and post-wash vehicle inspections to maintain quality control, manage cleaning supply inventory, and keep the facility organized and safe. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management while performing other assigned duties to meet business needs. This role requires flexible hours including weekends and holidays, with a salary up to $16 per hour and full benefits available after the waiting period.
Required Qualifications
