Job Summary
Supervisor-Loss Prevention responsible for patrolling property areas, securing rooms, assisting guests with access, conducting emergency drills and safety inspections, investigations, and reporting. Manages alarm/CCTV monitoring, access control, de-escalation of disturbances, and compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws. Supports management in training and coaching employees, upholds open-door policy, communicates professionally, prepares and reviews documents, and maintains guest service excellence. Requires physical stamina (standing/walking for long periods) and the ability to move objects up to 75 pounds with assistance, plus related duties as assigned. State-specific licensing/registration may vary by state; prior supervisory experience preferred. Education high school diploma or GED; 2+ years related experience; Marriott culture emphasis on equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats
- Ability to move, lift, and carry objects per job requirements
- Proficiency in computer/point of sale systems
- Compliance with policies and procedures
- Read and understand safety and security guidelines

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
