Supervisor - Loss Mitigation Fulfillment

Job Summary
Supervise a team of Fulfillment specialists across multiple sites, providing leadership for Modification Creation and QC processing. Monitor department workflow to ensure timely adherence to client and investor guidelines while resolving delinquencies on mortgages. Lead staff training, mentor associates, and identify roadblocks to improve modification creation timelines and individual performance levels. Create documented procedures, manage process changes, and collaborate with the Business Analyst to develop automation and reporting for enhanced department performance. Monitor associate productivity, approve time records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Work directly with leadership to increase production and efficiency while maintaining focus on phone calls in a busy cubicle hub environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6+ years of Loss Mitigation and/or Fulfillment experience
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent process management skills
- Experience writing detailed procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A basic understanding of Collections
- Foreclosure
- Bankruptcy
- REO
- Understanding of mortgage lending and servicing
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills
- Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English
- Ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator
- Smart phones that meet Company security standards
