Job Summary
Direct and supervise the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care within an innovative elder-directed model. Implement and evaluate comprehensive care plans while ensuring regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards. Facilitate effective communication of elder needs to the clinical support team and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs within assigned 24-hour teams. Foster professional growth and teamwork in a transformational care setting designed to improve lives of elders and their caregivers. Requires Alaska Registered Nurse license and gerontological nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Clinical nursing
- Gerontological nursing
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- 1 year Clinical supervisory, management or resource
- In long-term care
