Job Summary
Direct and supervise 24-hour care of assigned elders within an innovative elder-directed care model, delivering whole-person care and implementing comprehensive plans of care. Evaluate quality of care and life while ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. Facilitate effective communication of elder needs and issues to the clinical support team and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs, and LPNs within 24-hour teams. Foster positive change, professional growth, and teamwork in a transformational care setting designed to improve lives of elders and their caregivers.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Clinical nursing
- Gerontological nursing
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- 1 year Clinical supervisory, management or resource
- In long-term care
