Job Summary
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, managing receipt and inspection of deliveries, high-bay storage, and order fulfillment. Supervise team members by assigning tasks, adjusting schedules for peak demand, and ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve immediate floor issues, and mentor new hires to maintain efficient workflow. Work flexible shifts including early and mid-shifts in a growing e-commerce fulfillment center focused on baby care and incontinence products.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Logistik oder Lagerwirtschaft
- 3–5 Jahre operative Erfahrung im Warenein- & Ausgang
- gültigen Staplerschein
- Erfahrung mit dem Schubmaststapler
- erste Führungserfahrung oder bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- bereit, in Früh- und Mittelschicht zu arbeiten
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in einem E-Commerce Fulfillment-Center
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Englischkenntnisse
