Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations including warehousing, shipping/receiving, and inventory control; supervise Warehouse Operators and Shipping & Receiving Specialists to ensure accurate inventory, timely fulfillment for production and customer shipments, and uninterrupted production by ensuring parts and materials are available and properly handled. Oversee EV battery shipments to the dealer network, enforce safety/compliance, drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and manage KPI tracking. Requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and collaboration with engineering, production, and client-facing teams to optimize space, reduce errors, and maintain regulatory compliance (DOT/IATA/OSHA).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years’ experience in a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols
- Forklift Certification (preferred)
- Experience with inventory systems/ERP
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards (preferred)
