Job Summary
The Supervisor - Loss Mitigation oversees a team focused on resolving delinquent mortgage accounts through loss mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and departmental goals. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, addressing escalated borrower inquiries, providing coaching, leading training, implementing procedural improvements, and assisting with compliance monitoring. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a minimum of five years in default mortgage servicing, with at least one year in a leadership role.
