Job Summary
Oversee all ground service activities for transient and based aircraft, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service for owners, guests, and crews. Manage ramp operations including fueling, towing, parking, de-icing, and basic cleaning while operating ground support equipment and monitoring aircraft positioning for foreign object debris. Delegate duties to Line Service Technicians, monitor performance, and assist with training new employees while enforcing safety policies and maintaining shift reports. Work nights, weekends, and varying shifts with minimal supervision, requiring a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds in conditions involving chemicals, noise, and extreme weather.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts as required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional mathematical skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer
