Job Summary
Line Supervisor I for a night-shift packaging line in AbbVie’s finishing operation. Responsible for supervising, troubleshooting, and guiding a line on setup, changeover, packaging, and equipment while maintaining safety and quality. Leads a team to maximize line performance, documents batch records, drives process improvements, sustains 5S, and ensures Right-First-Time execution. Requires 2 years cGMP manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED. Location: North Chicago, IL; in-person work schedule Sunday–Thursday night shift.
Required Qualifications
