Job Summary
Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by supporting strategic execution and operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. Leads a high-energy store experience by modeling service behaviors, supervising associates, and delivering coaching on sales training processes to maintain exceptional service levels. Resolves consumer concerns in alignment with company policy, partners with store management on elevated issues, and participates in training for new hires on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store programs. Manages cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) and ensures compliance with store policy. Provides formal performance feedback, supports a collaborative environment, and coordinates with leadership to meet daily sales and performance goals while adapting to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Progressive retail leadership experience
- Experience supervising, coaching and training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
