Supervisor

Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team by supporting successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence that drive brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth. Creates a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors to associates, supervising and coaching on the sales training process to ensure the highest level of service and sales. Proactively resolves consumer concerns in line with policy and customer satisfaction, partners with the store manager on elevated consumer issues, participates in training for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policy and programs, and other associate responsibilities. Partners with store management to set expectations, coach, and foster an environment that encourages engagement and retention. Delivers formal performance feedback with store management; efficiently handles cash, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment, and other merchandise operations while maintaining standards. Works with Store Manager/Associate Manager/Assistant Store Manager to adapt store strategies to meet or exceed sales and performance goals, and supervises the store team in the absence of another manager. Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, adheres to store policies, and supports a culture of inclusion and belonging. Requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and perform related physical tasks. Preferred high school diploma or GED.
