Job Summary
Supervisor-LCE Project Coordination role leading and developing a team of Project Coordinators. Oversees multiple concurrent projects (e.g., digital banking enhancements, regulatory compliance audits, branch integrations) with emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and customer/member focus. Responsibilities include coaching and performance evaluations, optimizing workflows, building a unified project performance database, and partnering with leadership to define success metrics and KPI-driven outcomes. Requires strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management abilities; familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Workfront, Jira, Asana, MS Project) and financial services operations. Bachelor's degree preferred and 4+ years of project coordination/management experience (including 1+ year in financial services); certifications such as CSM, PMP, or ACP are required or approved by management. Salary range $78,000–$90,000 plus bonus; comprehensive benefits package; in-person office location in Westminster, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
- REQUIRED: 4+ years of project coordination/management experience, including 1+ year in Financial Services
- Certifications Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification as approved by upper management.
