Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Project Coordinators in a financial services context, overseeing multiple concurrent programs (e.g., digital banking enhancements, regulatory audits, branch integrations) with an emphasis on trust, collaboration, and accountability. Drive cross-functional coordination, implement automated reporting tools and standardized workflows, monitor project health and timelines, manage performance feedback and time-off processes, and ensure alignment with Bank Secrecy Act requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk management while communicating progress clearly to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of project coordination/management experience, including 1+ year in Financial Services
- Certifications Required: CSM, PMP, ACP, or similar certification as approved by upper management.
