Job Summary
Assign work activities and monitor group performance while instructing associates on equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures. Guide the team on housekeeping requirements, manage inventory levels, and perform merchandise reconciliation. Oversee tool and material availability, ensuring adherence to all safety procedures and programs. Resolve problems to maximize associate productivity and take corrective action for substandard performance. Requires two years of supervisory experience and five years in logistics or transportation. Full-time role with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Lift up to 50 lbs
