Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the Last Mile Operations team to achieve maximum productivity and accuracy. Assign work activities, monitor group performance, and instruct associates in equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures while guiding the team on housekeeping requirements. Ensure availability of tools, materials, and supplies, oversee equipment usage, and enforce safety programs. Manage inventory and perform merchandise reconciliation; help resolve issues to maintain efficiency and resolve substandard performance. Strong leadership, communication, and mathematical/analytical skills are essential, with experience in logistics or transportation and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
