Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Last Mile Operations team to drive productivity and maintain high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include assigning work activities, instructing associates on equipment, procedures, and housekeeping, monitoring tool/material availability, overseeing equipment usage, managing inventory and merchandise reconciliation, and assisting in resolving issues to optimize associate performance. Requires 2 years of supervisory experience, 5 years in logistics/transportation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and possess strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
