Job Summary
Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO responsible for assigning and overseeing daily work across shifts, leading overnight operations aligned to inbound window, coordinating inbound flow, training associates on equipment use and procedures, ensuring availability of tools and supplies, enforcing safety procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving efficiency for receiving and outbound readiness. Requires supervisory experience, substantial logistics/transportation experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong leadership, communication, math and analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
