Assign work activities, instruct associates on equipment and safety procedures, and monitor group operations to ensure error-free performance. Manage tool inventory, perform merchandise reconciliation, and oversee equipment usage while resolving productivity issues. Correct substandard performance through necessary actions to maintain maximum associate output. Requires two years of supervisory experience and five years in logistics or transportation. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with Microsoft Office
