Job Summary
Supervisor, Last Mile Operations responsible for directing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a logistics team in Brookshire, TX. Drive productivity and adherence to safety and housekeeping procedures, manage inventory and tool availability, oversee equipment usage, and address substandard performance. Requires strong leadership, excellent verbal/written communication, math and analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years supervisory experience and 5+ years in logistics/transportation; proficient in Microsoft Office.
