Supervisor LAMP & Activation Infrastructure responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support to the deployment team to ensure the Activation channel operates efficiently, optimizing activation programs to achieve department goals, and managing budget resources for activation and supporting programs. The role emphasizes maintaining high levels of collaboration with internal and external clients, organizing remote support via digital platforms to transfer functional work from field staff to the back office, standardizing controls, improving quality and efficiency of field activities, ensuring consistent communications across all client touchpoints, ensuring the contact center responds quickly and effectively, developing and preparing analytical and management reports, and leading the customer support team to boost performance.
