Supervisor Laboratory Services

Conduct daily laboratory operations, supervising and coaching personnel while ensuring adherence to policies, ethics, and established work processes. Analyze and interpret laboratory results, verify test procedures, and establish quality control programs to maintain precision and accuracy from specimen receipt through reporting. Develop annual departmental goals, budgets, and objectives; foster team professional growth through individual coaching and group presentations; and identify training needs to ensure regular in-service education. This role supports patient-centered care at a Level I trauma center and academic medical campus offering trauma, heart and vascular, emergency, surgery, maternity, and cancer services.
