Ensure staff work as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs. Inspect grooming and attire, complete opening/closing duties, manage inventory and requisition supplies, monitor dining room seating, safety and guest well-being, and complete work orders for maintenance. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff; model and uphold Open Door Policy. Enforce company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, maintain safety training, ensure uniform appearance, and protect assets. Communicate clearly and professionally, develop positive workplace relationships, support the team to achieve goals, and adhere to quality standards; read/verify information accurately, perform visual inspections, and handle physical tasks and movements. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
