Job Summary
Oversee the effective management of the store and team, directly supporting the Store Manager and Retail Director to deliver a premium brand experience and improve sales performance. Act as a Gym+Coffee ambassador by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting individual and store sales targets through upselling and link-selling, and professionally handling inquiries and refunds. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards while assisting with stock deliveries, replenishment, and accurate stock-take activities. Keep the shop floor fully stocked and correctly merchandised in line with company directives, providing customers with accurate pricing and product availability information. Available Monday to Sunday to support the business strategy through strong teamwork and drive development opportunities for colleagues.
