Job Summary
Greet members and engage children in interactive activities including storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitor the environment to ensure safety regarding toys, equipment, and other children while maintaining operational documentation and cleaning checklists. Promote Life Time Kids programs and products, complete team evaluations, and provide coaching. First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire. Hourly wages start at $17.75, up to $21.25. Full-time staff receive medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
