Job Summary
Support store operations and drive sales by serving in a team member capacity for service, merchandising, and front-end activities. Lead the service team, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and resolve customer issues while coaching peers on product knowledge and sales skills. Ensure adherence to alcohol sales laws, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of retail experience, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. You must be 21 or older, able to work flexible evening and weekend shifts, and physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for 8-10 hours.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting

- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to work in various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
- Must be able to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol
- Must be able to maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Must be able to maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store
