Job Summary
As a Supervisor, you support the management team in growing our company brand and lead store operations to deliver best-in-class service. You supervise team members, aid in training and development, ensure adherence to alcohol-sale regulations, maintain store safety/cleanliness, manage merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and KPIs, resolve customer issues, and foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere. Additional duties include supporting service team, coaching peers, and ensuring product knowledge and sales skills are up to date. The role requires flexible scheduling (including evenings and weekends) and the physical ability to walk/stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. The position is based in Conroe, TX, USA, and offers comprehensive benefits and Total Rewards, with starting pay range and interpretation as hourly-based compensation at $18.02-$25.23 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting
