Job Summary
Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and exceptional customer service standards. Train new staff members on washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols. Inspect vehicles before and after washing to maintain quality control. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. This role requires a high school diploma, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
