Job Summary
Collaborate with the junior management team to attract and engage customers using visual techniques while generating business results and achieving key KPIs. Handle customer complaints and enquiries to provide excellent service, manage associates within company guidelines, and foster personal progression throughout the store. Create innovative strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities and assist with the induction and training of new starters. Maintain standards on the sales floor and mitigate issues through problem-solving. This Full-Time Supervisor role at JD Sports Bramalea requires minimum 6-12 months of retail management experience, a high sense of urgency, and strong communication skills.
