Job Summary
Conduct visual merchandising by creating window and in-store displays while alternating mannequins and layouts through seasons and retail events. Attract and engage customers using creative product placement techniques and analyze Oracle figures to optimize floor layout and profitability. Set up and monitor in-store promotions, communicate visual activity feedback to the Town Merchandiser, and provide training on merchandising standards. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to JD Standards while maintaining a safe, professional work environment. Requires 6–12 months of visual merchandising experience with excellent time management and communication skills. Flexible schedule available for this full-time role within the Mapleview Centre retail team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of visual merchandising experience
- Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for coordinating product flow
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to have a flexible schedule
