Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences by acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership while maintaining awareness of all product knowledge and current trends. Train and grow the team through coaching and feedback to achieve key KPIs in sales, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations. Perform managerial tasks including scheduling, inventory maintenance, and evaluating employee performance to ensure operational excellence. Support key initiatives and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. Requires minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience, passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of retail management experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
