Job Summary
Supervises the JD Sports Sevenoaks location in Abbotsford, BC to deliver exceptional customer experience, train and develop a team, and maintain operational excellence. Key duties include scheduling, inventory management, and evaluating employee performance while achieving KPIs. Acts as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership, stays knowledgeable on products/trends, supports store initiatives, and drives community outreach. Leadership-focused role emphasizing culture, growth, and delivering engaging experiences to the community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail management or keyholder experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
