Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences and foster team growth through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Ensure operational excellence by managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and achieving key KPIs for sales, merchandising, and visual standards. Act as a partner between customers, associates, and store leadership while proactively driving business through community outreach. Maintain deep product knowledge of streetwear and sneaker trends to meet elevated customer expectations. Support key initiatives with the Store Manager while contributing to a positive, inclusive environment. Flexible availability required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of retail management experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
