Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring high levels of satisfaction through product knowledge and coaching sales associates. Manage operational excellence by scheduling staff, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance to achieve key KPIs. Act as a partner between customers, associates, and store leadership while supporting initiatives with the Store Manager. Generate business results by meeting sales, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations. Maintain awareness of product trends and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment through community outreach. Requires minimum 2 years of retail management experience, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and strong financial analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
