Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experience by ensuring high product knowledge and acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Train and grow the team through coaching and feedback while maintaining awareness of current product trends and upcoming releases. Generate business results by achieving key KPIs in sales, merchandising, visual standards, and operational excellence. Schedule staff, manage inventory, and evaluate employee performance to ensure operational excellence. Take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach and support key initiatives. Requires minimum two years of retail management experience, passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
