Job Summary
Collaborate with junior management to attract and engage customers using visual techniques while handling complaints to ensure excellent service. Create strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities and maintain standards on the sales floor. Manage associates within company guidelines, assist with induction and training of new starters, and monitor the Mystery Shopper program. Provide managerial support to improve customer service levels and foster personal progression throughout the store. Requires two years of retail experience with at least six months in management, strong time management skills, and knowledge of global brands like Nike and Adidas. Full-time, permanent role at Vaughan Mills Mall with a wage of $19-$20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of retail experience
- Minimum of six months of retail management experience
- Well rounded knowledge of both in-house and global brands (Nike, Lacoste, Adidas, The NorthFace, etc.)
- Openness to feedback and willingness to develop
- High sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
