Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experience and foster team growth by performing managerial tasks such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through product knowledge, coaching, and feedback while generating business results and achieving key KPIs. Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership to support initiatives and take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach. Maintain awareness of product trends and deliver sales, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations. Requires minimum 2 years of retail management experience, flexible availability including nights and holidays, and strong cognitive and mathematical skills.

- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
