Job Summary
Collaborate with junior management to attract and engage customers using visual techniques while handling complaints to maintain high service standards. Create strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities and manage associates within company guidelines and policies. Provide assistance with sales floor maintenance, induction, and training for new starters, ensuring adherence to the Mystery Shopper program. Manage daily operations with a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills. Requires two years of retail experience including six months in management. Full-time, permanent role at Vaughan Mills Mall with hourly pay between $19 and $20.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years of retail experience
- Minimum of six months of retail management experience
- Well rounded knowledge of both in-house and global brands (Nike, Lacoste, Adidas, The NorthFace, etc.)
- Openness to feedback and willingness to develop
- High sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
