Job Summary
Part-Time Supervisor at JD Sports Tsawwassen Mills: lead and develop a retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, manage scheduling, inventory, and employee performance, and drive sales and KPI achievement in a fast-paced, omni-channel environment. Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring product knowledge, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, partnering with store leadership, engaging with the community, and upholding an inclusive, ethical workplace. Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays in a on-site role at the Tsawwassen Mills location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or keyholder experience
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
