Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences and foster team growth through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Ensure operational excellence by managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and meeting sales, merchandising, and visual expectations. Act as a partner between customers, associates, and store leadership to achieve key KPIs while supporting community outreach initiatives. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and trends to address customer needs and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment. Requires 2+ years of retail management experience, strong financial analysis skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
