Job Summary
Manage visual merchandising by creating window and in-store displays, alternating mannequins and layouts through seasons and retail events. Attract customers using creative visual techniques while analyzing Oracle figures to optimize product placement and floor layout. Set up and monitor in-store promotions, communicate feedback to the Town Merchandiser, and provide training on merchandising standards. Ensure weekly development practices to grow associates and maintain high hygiene and safety protocols. Requires 6–12 months of visual merchandising experience and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of visual merchandising experience
- Be creative, imaginative and have a flair for coordinating product flow
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to have a flexible schedule
