Support the Store Manager in driving team performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading by example and fostering a positive, energetic work environment. Achieve sales targets and win goals while ensuring every customer leaves with a lasting impression through proactive service. Provide operational support for daily store activities, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and coach team members to improve skills and performance. Assist with new employee onboarding and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and HR policies. Collaborate closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and People departments to uphold JD brand standards.
