Job Summary
Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations. Monitor service levels, use in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assist with effective product placement. Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with JD's brand expectations. Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations. Lead by example to guide colleagues during each shift while helping maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations
- Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values
