Job Summary
The Supervisor oversees employees in the job set-up, during the shift, and at close across catering/delivery coordinator, order taker, cashier, front line and back line positions, and delivery driver, ensuring overall effectiveness of their area of responsibility within the operation. Responsibilities include directing a staff, maintaining accuracy in money handling, and ensuring adherence to routines and policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of supervisory experience in food service; must be 18+ and able to read, write, and communicate in English, perform basic math, balance money/credit card receipts, and exercise sound discretion. Dress code compliance and health regulations with the city department are required. The role supports a fast-paced environment with standing for up to six hours, lifting up to 30 pounds, and operating cash registers and related equipment. Required Qualifications
