SUPERVISOR - JANITORIAL - NIGHTS

Night Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across commercial facilities in the South Shore and Greater Boston area. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and quality control checks, following up on client concerns, staffing coverage and operational troubleshooting, training and motivating cleaning technicians, performing project work and specialty cleaning, delivering supplies, ensuring adherence to company cleaning specifications, and communicating with management about staffing, quality, client concerns, and operational needs. Requires industry/project knowledge, supervisory and training experience, and the ability to lead a team; bilingual (Portuguese preferred) is a plus. Flexible hours with 3:00–11:00 PM or 4:00–9:00 PM shifts; full-time or part-time options; equal opportunity employer.
