Job Summary
Coordinate cleaning, grounds care, and minor maintenance for facilities exceeding 175,000 square feet while ensuring sanitary standards and equipment safety. Respond to emergencies on a 24/7 call basis and manage daily housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Supervise a team of eight or more personnel, conducting interviews, training, and disciplinary actions as needed. Manage facility budgets, oversee supply requisitions, and address Level One grievances. Submit status reports on building conditions and inspection results to management. Applications close August 8th; salary ranges from $65,296 to $78,354. Candidates must reside in Colorado and hold a high school diploma with three years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Three or more years of related experience to include supervisory experience
