Job Summary
Supervisor overseeing Patient Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, and Sales Agents; perform regular coaching sessions and performance reviews; monitor productivity, attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules; develop action plans to improve individual and team performance; foster a positive, results-driven environment; ensure exceptional patient service and professional, empathetic interactions; address escalated patient concerns promptly; ensure inquiries meet service-level expectations; manage daily staffing, scheduling, and coverage during peak hours; coordinate with management on staffing and training; lead by example with strong decision-making and accountability; maintain confidentiality and professionalism; create a culture of ownership, urgency, and exceptional patient care; balance operational performance with compassionate patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible with shift schedule inclusive of weekends and public & Bank holidays
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Possess good and mature leadership capabilities
- Able to work independently
